5/8 inch minus crushed rock. Crushed from 3/4 inch drain rock. It will be various shapes and colors and will contain fines (minus) to allow for compaction. Also known at CSTC (crushed surfacing top course). It is commonly used for for driveways, road surfaces, and bases for many construction applications.
